The project MEGASKILLS aims to bridge the gap between education and the labour market by developing an innovative and affordable methodology for training and evaluating soft skills. It focuses on identifying essential soft skills for European industries, selecting effective training methods, and developing an AI-based platform for assessment and certification. The project will involve testing these tools with various target groups and publishing policy recommendations to address skills gaps in Europe.
